Is It Free to Sign Up?

Yes. Signing up, your digital card, its QR code, Save Contact, your listings, the directory and feed are free.

Do People Need an App to See My Card?

No. Your public card opens in a browser from a link or QR code. Visitors do not need an app or a Tapname.io account. Save Contact downloads a contact file they can add to their phone.

What Happens When My Number Changes?

Edit your card and publish the change. The same card link and printed QR open the updated details. A contact someone already saved to their phone does not update automatically; they can save it again from your card.

How Will People Find My Tiffin Service or Tuition Classes?

Publish a listing with what you offer and the city or area you serve. People can find it by searching for that service and city, or browsing its category. You can also share your card link or QR code yourself.

Will Everyone See My Phone Number?

Adding a number is optional. On your card, choose Everyone or Only me for it. Search listings show contact buttons instead of the number. If you make it public, someone can get it by tapping Call or WhatsApp; these taps are limited.

Is My Email Address Shown?

Yes. Your email is on your public card, and every listing has an Email button. Use an email address you are happy for customers to contact. WhatsApp and phone are optional extras.

Can I Change My Listing Later?

Yes. Edit what you offer, your service prices or the area you serve from your dashboard and publish the changes. You can update your card’s photo, links and contact details there too.

What If I Stop Taking Orders for a While?

Open What I Offer in your dashboard and choose Pause. The listing is hidden until you Resume it. If you are stopping for good, Remove takes the listing down permanently.

Can Customers Reach Me Without WhatsApp?

Yes, by email. Every listing has an Email button. If you add a public phone number, they can call too. Customers do not need a Tapname.io account or an app to contact you.
